Yoga Philosophy Club

A free 4-week course guiding you through four timeless questions that bring yoga’s wisdom off the mat and into your daily life.

Starts Wednesday, November 19th

WHY IT MATTERS

This course brings yoga’s philosophy back to what it was always meant to be:
a living, breathing exploration of what it means to be human.

Yoga philosophy isn’t a set of rules to memorize or beliefs to adopt.
It’s a way of looking at life, a practice of inquiry that meets us right where we are. Each question we’ll explore isn’t something to answer, but something to live within — in your relationships, your habits, your breath, and your body.

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

— The Bhagavad Gita.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPLORE

Each week, we begin with one question — simple, human, and timeless:

01

Week 1 — Why am I suffering?
Understanding the roots of dissatisfaction and how yoga helps us see clearly.

02

Week 2 — Who am I, really?
Meeting the part of us that watches, witnesses, and remains steady through it all.

03

Week 3 — How do I change?
Learning how awareness (not willpower) transforms our patterns.

04

Week 4 — What is practice, really?
Seeing yoga as a whole path — body, breath, ethics, and awareness — woven into daily life.

"You can feel Anna's years of study and devotion in the way she teaches - the thoughtful sequencing, the reverence in her words, the care in how she holds space. She guides us back to the deeper parts of ourselves, to that quiet place within that already knows how to heal. Her teaching always feels fresh, yet steady, a rhythm you want to return to again and again.

~ Jamie F.

Hi! I'm Anna Mitra.

I’m a yoga teacher and therapeutic coach who has spent more than a decade helping people reconnect with their bodies, their values, and their sense of meaning.

My own relationship with yoga has evolved through deep study, disillusionment, and rediscovery. I’ve learned from both wise teachers and hard lessons — from rigid systems that lost their humanity, and from moments of genuine insight that reminded me what yoga is for.

Yoga Philosophy Club grew out of those experiences — a space where practice and philosophy meet real life, where curiosity counts more than perfection, and where authenticity leads the way.
